I was leary at first because sometimes flavors can iffy. The watermelon is light and refreshing! If I am feeling low and foggy because of low fluids this picks me right up!

It took over 6 minutes for the teblet to dissolve and i had to keep stirring to rven get it to finish. The taste was extremely bitter. I could taste the salt but the bitterness overpowered it. Sending back. Family member tried one and threw hers away and said no thanks!
