Ive only been using it for a week but I can tell my hydration is getting better. My skin is showing less signa if stress. And they taste great not salty like other hydration products I have used.

Sometimes we find something like this and we try it for a while and then move on - but not this! Given how often I purchase, I need to sign-up for auto shipping - we don't like to run out. All three flavors taste great - hard to say which is my favorite! When my sister visited from Florida, she loved it too so I now send her a couple of boxes often! Highly recommend - year round!

I try to have Plink! first thing in the morning and then often have a second in the late afternoon if I'm flagging. I like that it's not artificial like a lot of these products and there is no sediment. The ads are funny, too!
