Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind Plink! completely. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, we'll make it right.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund. Just email us at orders@drinkplink.com with your order number and we'll take care of it, no hassle.
Please note, refunds are available for orders purchased directly through drinkplink.com.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us at orders@drinkplink.com right away and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved, we may ask you to ship the product back to us. If so, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Your refund will be returned to your original payment method once we've processed the return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days to process it on their end.
